Automatic Switcher & Counter Machine (Burn-In Tester)

The Automatic Switcher & Counter Machine is designed for burn-in testing and life cycle testing of electrical and electronic products. It provides controlled ON/OFF switching of load through programmable modes, making it ideal for endurance and reliability testing.

🔹 Power Supply Configuration

• Maximum Input Capacity: Up to 500 Volts AC, 40 Amps

• The machine does not have an internal power source.

• It operates using an external AC supply such as a Variac, Dimmer, UPS, or other controlled AC source.

Working Principle:

• The required testing voltage is set from the external source.

• This external voltage is fed into the machine.

• The load is connected through the machine.

• The machine controls ON/OFF switching of the load up to 500V, 40 Amps as per the selected mode.

This configuration allows flexible voltage-based life testing under controlled conditions.

🔹 Operating Modes

1️⃣ Counter Mode (Cycle Life Testing)

• Programmable switching count can be set.

• The machine performs ON/OFF switching according to the preset cycle.

• After completing the programmed switching count, the machine turns OFF automatically.

• Suitable for cycle endurance testing.

2️⃣ Timer Mode (Interval Testing)

• ON time and OFF time can be set as per requirement.

• The machine switches the load ON and OFF according to programmed timing.

• Ideal for long-duration interval-based testing.

3️⃣ Continuous ON Mode (Burn-In Mode)

• The machine remains continuously ON.

• Load stays in continuous ON condition.

• Suitable for burn-in and extended operation testing.
